We've been partnered with the Duke of Edinburgh for years and we’re excited to be joining the DofE Business Programme and our young people across the business at NEXT are a part of this!

Imagine an adventure, a journey of transformation, team-building events, personalised development and guidance. It's a development experience like no other.

This experience will positively challenge our people, inspire growth and equip them with lifelong skills and memories.

You'll gain personal growth, leadership and teamwork skills, all whilst having an adventure!

The Gold Award Experience

Throughout the programme you'll take part in restidentials, training, volunteering and practice expedition and then the real one. You'll end with a grand celebration at Buckingham Palace!

The Residential

A residential is about meeting new people and staying in a new environment. You can learn some of the basics skills needed for DofE, whilst making new friends.

Volunteering

Volunteering isn't just about giving back to the community, it is about connecting with the community whilst developing some key skills that will help you develop in your career.

The Expedition

The expedition is split between 3 separate events. Training - Practice - Qualifying. All of which you will be in the elements, map reading, working as a team and camping in the countryside.
