Our Employee Led Communities (ELC) are guided by a supportive framework. This is how they assess, manage and continuously improve the groups.
The ELC Framework includes a self-assessment tool that community leads actively use to gauge their group's current maturity. This ongoing self-reflection is crucial because it helps provide:
