We’d love to know more about you! Why? We want everyone to have a great experience working here, and we want our workforce to represent the communities we serve.
We’ve added and updated some of the drop-down options in your Personal Details page on NEP so you can tell us more about who you are and ensure your profile reflects you and your life today.
For every fully completed NEP profile, NEXT will donate £1 to the charity chosen by employees from the three available options. Donations will be made across all three charities based on individual selections. Please follow the link in your journey to select your chosen charity.
We want everyone to have a great experience working here, and want our workforce to represent the communities we serve.
Reviewing personal data will highlight any gaps in experience and help us identify where any action might be needed.
We’ve added and updated some of the drop-down options in your Personal Details page on NEP. This is so you can tell us more about who you are and check that your profile reflects you and your life today.
A small number of dedicated people in our HR Data team will have access to the data. This is for the sole purpose of anonymised reporting. Your demographic personal details are not visible to anyone, including your line manager. If you choose to update disability information to support workplace adjustments, this will be visible only to your line manager and appropriate support teams and we will always protect it.
Leaders and the HR Team will review the anonymised reports created by the HR Data Team to learn more about people’s experiences of working here.
Reports will help us identify things like:
The number of job applicants who have a disability
How salary review compares across genders
If we're inviting people from all ethnic backgrounds to our leadership training
That performance scores are fair for our lesbian, gay and bisexual colleagues
You will have shared some of this before. Some options may be pre-filled based on your previous selections.
Don't worry, nothing you've entered before has been lost. Once you update your profile with the new options, your latest info will automatically replace the old data. Until then, your current details are still in NEP.
You’ll receive an email from NEP with a link to a ‘Journey’ to guide you through updating your details.
No, but we’d really like everyone to, so we can make where you work a great place for everyone.
If you’re unsure about providing all your information, please select ‘Prefer not to say.’
You’ll have 6 weeks until 27th March to review and update your Personal Details.
Your NEP journey will include clear instructions and a direct link to help you complete the task quickly and easily.
You'll recieve reminder emails directly from NEP until you have completed it.
For us to make the best decisions for you, we need to understand what makes each of us unique. By sharing your demographic and disability details, you’re helping us build a more inclusive and supportive workplace for everyone.
