STONEWALL

Stonewall is an organisation which supports lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, questioning and ace (LGBTQ+) people.  Over the last 30 years, they have helped create transformative change in the lives of LGBTQ+ people in the UK. In today's society, people have equal rights to love, marry and have children, and their lives, families and relationships are represented as part of the national curriculum in most of the UK.

Their campaigns drive positive change in public attitudes and public policy. They ensure LGBTQ+ people can thrive throughout their lives by building deep, sustained change programmes with the institutions that have the biggest impact, whether people are learning, working, praying or playing sport. Stonewall makes sure that the world hears and learns from LGBTQ+ communities, and their work is grounded in evidence and expertise. For more information about Stonewall please click here.
