Our work with Help for Heroes aims to support, and contribute to Help For Heroes vital work in increasing the number of veterans and their loved ones they support. We aim to support and raise awareness about the career opportunities available as ex-service and reservists at NEXT and the positive impact their skills have in the workplace.
Help For Heroes will work closely with our Uniformed Services Employee Led Community to help raise awareness of the impact that shared experiences have on individuals and their families.
Together with Help For Heroes, NEXT will help with providing support for families and veterans including physical, mental and financial, giving them one less battle to fight.
At NEXT we recognise the valuable contribution reservists make to our teams and we're here to support them every step of the way. That’s why we’re proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, a promise that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
We are committed to giving reservists at NEXT five days additional paid leave. This leave is specifically designed for them to complete their dedicated reservist duties.
