Employee Led Communities Day 2024
Join us for Employee Led Communities Day
Wednesday 8th May 2024 is Employee Led Communities Day, recognising all the great work our Employee Led Communities do all year round.
Able, Pride, Unity and Wellbeing provide support and resources and are ran by colleagues at NEXT who usually do these roles voluntarily on top of their day jobs.
For Employee Led Communities Day, you can join a drop in session with any of the networks, to ask questions, get signposting to resources and find out how you can get involved!
See below further details of each of our Employee Led Communities, find out about the work they do and find out when you can join a virtual drop in session to understand more about each group!

Thank you to our community members
We want to say a huge thank you for everybody who contributes to our Employee Led Communities.
Our community and committee members put so much time, energy and passion into making these groups happen and keeping them alive. A lot of the time, their contributions to the communities happen outside of their day jobs.
To the people who make Able, Pride, Unity and Wellbeing welcoming and helpful spaces, we thank you for all of your hard work! It doesn't go unnoticed.
